What Are the Store Images
When creating your online store on Cartley , it’s important to focus on five main types of images that shape your store’s visual identity. Each image type has specific dimensions and format requirements to ensure optimal display quality and a professional appearance that reflects the strength of your brand.
You can access the store images by following these steps
1. Log in to the store’s dashboard.
2. Choose Settings section in the side menu.
3. After entering the Settings section, search for the Vendor Images option. Clicking on it will display a collection of the required images that showcase your store.
· Favicon (ICO) – Mini Store Logo
The store icon is the small logo that appears at the top of the browser tab. It should be in ICO format with dimensions of 71×71 pixels. This icon helps customers easily identify your store when multiple tabs are open.
· Logo (JPG) – Main Brand Identity
The store logo represents your brand’s visual identity and distinguishes your store from competitors. It appears in several areas such as the homepage, header, emails, and invoices. The recommended dimensions are 350×350 pixels in JPG format.
· Cover Photo (JPG) – Main Visual Header
The Cover Photo serves as the main visual element displayed at the top of your store page or homepage, making it the first thing visitors notice when they enter your store. It’s recommended that the image dimensions be 1920×1080 pixels and in JPG format to ensure optimal display quality. Additionally, you can add up to four cover photos to enhance the overall appearance and visual appeal of your store.
· Product List Background (JPG)
This is the background image displayed on product or category pages. It adds a visual touch and enhances the design consistency of your store. The recommended size is 533×1080 pixels in JPG format.
· Default Image (JPG)
The default image is an essential element in any online store. It appears automatically as a placeholder when a product image is missing . The required size is 500×500 pixels in JPG format.
