Customers and Guest Report

This is a comprehensive analytical tool that provides detailed information about the registered customers/guests in your online store.

You can filter customers by:

· Time Period: Last 7 days, last 30 days, or a custom period

· Sales Channel: All or specific sources (online store or point-of-sale)

Customer/Guest Type

To search for specific customers /guests such as:

§ Who have purchased once

§ Loyal Customers /Guests : Who made at least 3 successful orders

§ Who spent a large amount per order: Customer descending order related to largest paid order

§ VIP customers /guests : Who have made at least 8 successful orders

§ Who haven’t ordered recently but used to do so: Who used to order before but no order in last 2 months or more

· After using the search option, you can view comprehensive customer data such as:

§ Personal Information: Name, email, phone number

§ Country

§ Total Orders: Successful and paid

§ Total Sales

§ Days Since Last Order
